Susan Bauman, CISR, CPIW, CIC: a graduate of UNLV, 18 year Professional with expertise in Marketing and Sales. She has been focusing on Commercial Property/Casualty for the past 8 years and has been licensed in Life & Health for the past 6 years. Susan is the president elect for the Independent Insurance Agents of Southern Nevada. She is a past President of the Community Association Institute. In addition to sitting on the Board of CAI, she has been previously involved on the Programs, Education, Golf and Heroes Committees. She is a Platinum Member Representative, Events Committee Chairperson and previous Board of Director 2001-2008 for the Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association. In addition, she has been the 2006-2007 Nevada Council Director, NAIW, Scholarship Committee Chairperson and previous Board of Director for Las Vegas Insurance Professionals (NAIW), and continues to be active with the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is actively involved in Certified Commercial Investment Managers Association. She earned the 2002 Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award from the Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association and the 2002 Institute of Real Estate Management Committee Chairperson of the Year. She was the winner of the 2002 Communicate with Confidence Speak-off, Insurance Women of Las Vegas and contestant in the 2003 Regional Speak-off. She was recognized as the 2005 Community Associations Institute’s Committee Member of the Year and the 2007 IREM Chairperson of the Year. Susan has earned her Customer Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.
