Perry Noonan: a 30 year Commercial Insurance Professional and Broker is experienced in Underwriting, Sales and Service. For more than 15 years, Perry has specialized in Condo/HOA/Apartment and Commercial Real Estate. He was the 1997-1999 Board of Director/Secretary of the Community Association Institute and the 1996-2001 Board of Director for the Nevada Apartment Association. He is a founder of the newly merged Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association and has sat on the Board of Directors. Perry is actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management and numerous community projects. Under his direction, the agency has obtained numerous performance awards from companies in which appointments are held. Perry was awarded the Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association 2002 Company of the Year and the 2002, 2004 and 2007 Institute of Real Estate Management’s Industry Partner of the Year Awards.
