Carrol Noonan, CISR, CPIW: has been a Nevada licensed Insurance Broker for over 25 years. She has expertise in Underwriting, Sales & Service, Surety Bonds, Personal Property and Commercial Property. Carrol is past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Southern Nevada’s Board (IIASN). Carrol was the Chairman of the 2006 Regional VIII Annual Conference, Las Vegas Insurance Professionals, NAIW. She is the recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ “Women of Distinction” 2001 Award. Insurance Women of Las Vegas recognized her as the 2001-2002 “Women Insurance Professional of the Year”. Carrol was the 2000/2001 President of Insurance Women of Las Vegas (NAIW), 1998/1999 State Director of the National Association of Insurance Women. She was presented with the “Insurance Professional of the Year” 1999 award, by National Association Insurance Women Region VIII. She has served on the Board of Directors/Secretary for the Business Watch Network since 1997. She is an active member of the Nevada Surplus Lines Association, Lt. Governor, Certified Commercial Investment Manager, 1999/2000 Board of Director of Optimist International and Pacific Southwest District. Also, she sits as a Committee Chair for the National Association of Insurance Women’s Regional 2006 Conference and is actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Managers, Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association, Community Association Institute and the Nevada Association of Women Business Owners. In addition, Carrol has earned the designations of the Certified Insurance Service Representative and a Cretified Professional Insurance Woman.
